I founded The Flexible Eating Method because I’ve spent 8+ years learning and implementing flexible dieting to achieve my dream body.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to get started and to take control of your health and fitness.
8 years ago, I was just a struggling 20 something year old who would eat takeaway on the regular, I was drinking full sugar soft drinks all day, binge eating was a common issue all the while trying to quit the bad habit of smoking.
I decided to make a change. I was hypnotised for smoking and during the process I was told
“You’ll swap your habit for smoking for nothing other than a healthier lifestyle.”
Now believe me - I had NO idea what a healthy lifestyle was, let alone what a macro or calorie was.
While I knew I wanted to do more than just hop on the treadmill at gym, I was lost with what to do in the weights section of a gym and sure as hell knew nothing when it came to my diet.
I was so naive to my physical possibilities - but had a trainer show me the way.
Once I started to learn about how our body works and implemented consistency... the Flexible Eating Methods I’m about to teach you completely changed the game and I’ve never looked back!
In my search to master everything about Flexible Eating, I have achieved my physical goals time and time again.
The best part? My mindset around food has ensured I never feel restricted or like I’m missing out.
I competed in over 10 bikini competitions and achieved those results following this method.
I would share my food on social media every now & then, and it was then that everyone started asking how they could replicate the same results in THEIR weight loss journey too.

I always encourage anyone I speak to to learn about how our body works, to learn about macronutrients and why they’re important instead of relying on conflicting online information.
Until it dawned on me - why don't I save them the effort of researching and teach them this!?
